Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped. By email submission. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.  If the order is already in route it cannont be canceled.

Returns & Exchange

Returns or exchange of products are accepted under the conditions that the item(s) are unused and in the same condition that it was recieved.  items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with original tags for a refund or exchange to be considered.

Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery the product. After this time period a refund will not be granted.

To complete your return or exchange, a receipt is required or proof of purchase.

If the return is on the consumers behalf, it is the consumers responsibility to cover return shipping fee. 

The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
